Whitney Matheson over at USAToday.com’s Pop Candy blog is bustling with pop culture information and funny (or “icky”) links to a plethora of tidbits for our generation. She blurbs about Pretty in Pink, Burning Man, and and Audioslave, and that’s just in one day.
 I emailed her yesterday to express my sentiments about her blog, mainly that I’m not a usual reader of USAToday, but her blog kept catching my eye. I received her automated response along with, (wait for it……………) an actual response from Whitney. See, big bloggers do have time to respond to emails from their readers, even if she is a total blogebrity.Â
