Do you look like Biggie?
There is going to be an open casting call for actors and non-actors alike to get their shot at fifteen minutes of fame. If you look like Biggie or know someone who does, then haul your butt on over to BiggieCasting and have your say. That site goes live on August 12th, so you have to wait a few, but if you want your shot at stardom, then it’s worth the wait.
Here’s what the producers had to say about the talent they’re looking for:
”As it relates to the individual Christopher Wallace – his looks, his stature, what he represented, the swagger, the sensibility of the man – all those elements are very difficult to find, no matter where you go,” Barrow said Thursday. ”In the typical Hollywood world, no one came to mind outside of Forest Whitaker who could capture that essence genuinely.”
Can’t ask Forest Whitaker, though, because he’s too old for the part. Even though I’m sure he would’ve nailed it had he been 20 years younger.
