Uncle Kracker arrested 8/17!

Uncle Kracker, also known as Matthew Shafer, was arrested today at 4:45am for a second degree forcible sex offense:
Raleigh police arrested Kracker (real name: Matthew Shafer), 33, at an Embassy Suites hotel at around 4:45 a.m., says the site.
TMZ reports that he is being held in North Carolina’s Wake County Jail on $5 million bond and will appear before a judge later on Friday.
I wouldn’t want to “follow” him where he’s at. And, so far no one is calling this second degree forcible sex thing rape, just yet. That’s probably because he’s a celebrity.
