Unfortunately, Simara was mean-spirited enough to deny my friend request. I sent a second request a few days later and I was blocked. Whatever her reason for judging me to be an undesirable (perhaps the sight of my profile picture, which is not that terrible), it was a poor one. A pop star does not pick and choose his/her fans.
