Bon Jovi cites family importance over selling out concerts

Finally a rocker whose got his head on right! Go Bon Jovi!
JON BON JOVI has been rocking for so long, he no longer cares if his group sells out stadiums and arenas when they tour. The family man insists the welfare of his kids and issues at home are far more important to him than rock success. He tells America’s Best Life magazine, “I don’t give a f**k that I just sold out 10 nights at the arena. It’s just what I do. It’s just a job - and I get paid well for it. “I get to wear a T-shirt and dirty jeans, but I don’t really give a f**k about the rest of it, because it’s a shallow pool, man.”

I agree with him, Family does come first even more so when you have children. Setting a good, strong, valuable example for them as well as yourself is important. However, I dont agree that he doesnt give a f^&* about sell out concerts. Of course he does and so he should. He should be proud of himself and the band, all that unbelivable talent and the fact that he touches the heart of so many people, pulling them through tough times, company in the good times. I just saw them in concert in Sydney and I saw the look on everyone’s face, including his. Be proud of that - very proud!
Cheers - Josephine

Bon Jovi is only my favourite band since ever. They are talented, strong and united, like a family. Jon , in my opinion, is the most handsome man in the world.Dorothea is definetely a lvery lucky woman!Of course selling tickets for concerts and selling albuns is tremendously important and they are very proud of their sucess, as I could confirm in Rock in Rio (Lisbon, Portugal). I wish really deeply they can go on with their sucess as long as they live. I LOVE THEM AND I WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR THEM, specially for John, who is my idol since I was a six year old little girl!
