Amy Winehouse’ss album Back to Black is being hailed as the biggest selling album of 2007. Though her personal life has become nothing but a shambles, her professional footing as an artist that brings in the dough, is solid. Amy Winehouse’s $1.85 million in sales is very impressive, with Leona Lewis coming in second with $1.59 million.

Here are the top albums and singles for 2007 according to the Official U.K. Charts Company:

3. Mika: Life in Cartoon Motion
4. Take That: Beautiful World
5. Westlife: Back Home
6. Eagles: Long Road Out of Eden
7. Kaiser Chiefs: Yours Truly Angry Mob
8. Arctic Monkeys: Favourite Worst Nightmare
9. Timbaland: Shock Value
10. Rihanna: Good Girl Gone Bad

The top ten biggest-selling singles were:
1. Leona Lewis: Bleeding Love
2. Rihanna feat Jay Z: Umbrella
3. Mika: Grace Kelly
4. Leon Jackson: When You Believe
5. Take That: Rule the World
6. Sugababes: About You Now
7. Timbaland feat Keri Hilson: The Way I Are

What’s odd is the fact that Amy Winehouse made the best selling album of 2007, but no songs from the album made it in the top ten for the singles list.
