Good lord, I know that Britney Spears has done some crazy stuff. She married Kevin Federline, for example, and all the way to shaving her head, these things are really standing out against her.

I would never suggest that Britney be awarded Mother of the Year or anything, but her every move is subject to public scrutiny. Anytime she steps out of the house, the photographers are there, trying to earn their dollar.

Can you imagine what that has to be like? If you go to the store to pick up a pack of gum, they want to take your picture. If you want to go out for dinner, guess who’s there? If you’re out with your children, the time and the location of where you take them are up for criticism.

I wouldn’t trade the privacy that I have as a regular citizen for that life.

Just recently, the SPCA was called to ensure that Britney was properly caring for her dog, London. If I had a dog and it’s leg got broken, I don’t imagine anyone would think fowl play was involved. I would say that we all need to let up on Britney and let her go away for a little bit.
