Paul Stanley is in the hospital

Via IOL, we’ve found that Paul Stanley of Kiss fame, is in the hospital.

Apparently, his heart was racing to the tune of 190 beats per minute, for over an hour! Good lord, I hope he’s okay. I’ve been a die hard Kiss fan since God knows when.

Band-mates Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer played the gig at Soboba Casino, California about 90 miles east of Los Angeles, as Stanley was taken to hospital.

“During sound check, my heart spontaneously jumped to 190 plus beats per minute where it stayed for over an hour necessitating paramedics to start an IV and give me a shot to momentarily stop my heart and get it into a normal pattern,” Stanley said on his website yesterday.

    Just for everyones information if you read up on the biography of Kiss its states that Paul Stanley does NOT do any drugs. Kiss is the Best Live Band in the world, and always will be.

    Disgusting how some people have to try and trash someones reputation bu making comments to imply drug use. These guys are legends and probably the most down to earth group of guys I have seen in years. Paul I hope you had a complete recovery and I also hope that Gene overcomes the little sluts attempt to cause problems in his life
