Go to rehab. everyday even on the days you just feel like quitting. Get up and do something every day because the bed will rob you of your peace.be active as much as possible.you will have to pay close attention to your NEW body now, your body will give you signs and signals that will help you recognize and manage manage your NEW body. Never loose who you were before the Stroke, you are the same person but different physical attributes. you will require more patience.Don't say I can't do something before you try. Family support and love since all ways be there.
