Mika has revealed that he wants to do a collaboration with Amy Winehouse
on a Jewish album.

Mika’s mother is Lebanese and having learned that Amy was planning on a Christmas and Hanukka album, he wants to get involved to make a statement.

He says, “I heard Amy will be recording an album of Jewish music once she gets well and I’d like to make a contribution to it.” He went on to say, “I really like her music. Think about this – me, a part-Lebanese artist working on a Jewish album. I think that’s a nice statement.”
