Amy Winehouse doesn’t miss the drugs

Amy Winehouse’s brother has praised the singer for efforts in kicking her drug habit. He insists that the Rehab star doesn’t miss her old habits. She is currently being treated at a rehab clinic in London, and took time out to perform “You Know I’m No Good” and “Rehab” for a London audience for the Grammy Awards.

Alex Winehouse says, “Detox was tough, but she did it. She was as bright and vivacious as she had been before her demons took over. It was without a doubt the greatest night our family has enjoyed in a long, long time. For the first time in God knows how long, my parents were truly happy, and Amy was too.”
Amy’s drug problems seemed to come to a pinnacle when she was caught on video, smoking crack.

He adds, “She didn’t miss crack, she told me, and she was glad to be rid of it. Which was a nice thing to hear.”

    Yeah, right. I call BS. Sure, an addict can overcome his or her addictions . . . but not so quickly or as easily as this! Come on! Who would buy this BS story? As someone who has dabbled in drugs myself, let me tell you . . . yes, you sure as HELL miss them when they’re gone!
