It looks like Justin Timberlake yanked off part of her wardrobe. Right?
The $550,000 that was received for this mishap has been dropped by the FCC. They say that it doesn’t violate their standards because it’s 1/16th of a second of her boob slippage.

The court found that the FCC fine for the “broadcast of a nine-sixteenths of one second glimpse of a bare female breast” deviated from its nearly 30-year practice of fining broadcast indecency only when it was extremely “pervasive.”
LOL - they made such a fuss over one bare breast???
