Blue Cantrell: One hit wonder?
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.13, 2008, under articles
What do you think? Anyone know of any songs that Blue Cantrell has done since Breathe? It’s a good song and she has a cool voice, don’t get me wrong, but what has she done for us lately?
Being at an Usher concert is hazardous to your health

Image details: Africa Rising One Day Concert served by picapp.com
Usher was performing on Saturday night at a concert in Nigeria when violence broke out in the crowd. He was performing at the This Day Music and Fashion Festival 2008 in Abuja at around 1am when the “drunken brawl” took place in front of the stage.
Security guards attempted to break up the fight as members of the crowd were shoved around and one man was removed from the venue.
I’d only go see an Usher concert if he sang, “You Make Me Wanna”.
Mitch Winehouse states the obvious

I know, it seems as if Amy Winehouse has been taking over my blog here, but I can assure you that this is not the case.
She just needs to stop doing stupid crap already…agreed?
Daddy Mitch is speaking out—to the media, of course.
He says that Amy needs to kick the habit or die:
He says, “She will die. But it won’t be from a drugs overdose. She will die from emphysema. That will be the most likely scenario if she doesn’t check her behaviour. We are talking about a long, slow, painful death – gasping for air. I would like all the people who would give her illegal substances to think about that.”
Thank you, Captain Obvious.
The end is near!!

When Heidi Montag’s retarded self is the answer to a question on Jeopardy, you know the world is coming to an end.
Someone needs to tell Alex Trebek that this crap is not funny. And they presume gazillions of people watch The Hills? I’d rather watch paint dry.
Folks, we have a new addition to the World of Suck.

Katy Perry – I Kissed a Girl LIVE

I’m not sold on this version of the song…..I like Katy Perry, though, just in small doses.
What did you think? She looked a bit stiff on the stage. Sucktastic.
Anthony Kiedis breaks it off with his girlfriend

Anthony Kiedis and Heather Christie are no longer seeing each other. And it sounds to me as if it was him that decided that enough was enough, as Heather said that he’s a great dad and that she hopes he finds whatever he’s looking for.
So all of you Anthony Kiedis nutjobs out there can rejoice, he’s back on the market.
Yes, I mean you, you know who you are.
Speaking of crap…

This is “7 Things” by Miley Cyrus.
I can think of seven things that I don’t like about Miley:
1. Her pout. She looks like she’s always puckering. Someone should tell her it’s retarded before she gets too many pics taken lookin’ stupid…(oh wait, too late for that)
2. Her music sucks, period.
3. Her dad is out there pimping her out for cash…that’s the epitome of class.
4. Did I mention that her music sucks? Oops, my bad.
5. Her squeaky clean image was screwed by a bad decision….doh!
6. When she does covers of songs, she effs them up beyond all recognition.
7. The fact that she actually thinks she’s going to be the next Madonna.
So there you have it.
Is this crap….?

This is The Jonas Brothers doing “Burning Up”. What do you think? Does it suck?
I’m not a fan, but it sure beats that Miley Cyrus garbage that Disney keeps trying to cram down our throats.

Since Jesse Jackson has said that he’d like to cut off Barack’s nuts, Nas has spoken up, saying that he’s “got this”:
- MTV
- Music Videos
- MTV Shows
- Entertainment News
It’s good to know that people have got people like Nas, David Banner, and Young Jeezy to stand up for them. Cuz nothing says that they’re standing up for someone like “Like A Pimp”.
Amy Winehouse sucks as a DJ
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.11, 2008, under articles
Image details: Amy Winehouse at the Monarch London served by picapp.com
Amy Winehouse got her own regular gig as a DJ at the Monarch Club in Camden and when she went on last night to show off her mixing skills, girlfriend just stood there looking retarded. She’s still my favorite Crackie though. Sources on the inside say that she just stood around and danced around the DJ booth.
Someone needs to tell Amy that those records won’t spin themselves.
This is her crack dance:

Have you heard PAS/CAL yet?
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.10, 2008, under articles

I’m 9,000 miles behind everyone else on the music curve, but I just got wind of PAS/CAL and ya know what? They don’t suck.
They sent me their news song, “Glorious Ballad of the Ignored” and a link to their Myspace page. So I proceeded to listen to the song to find that it’s not too shabby. Even better was one of their earlier songs, “You Were Too Old For Me”.
They say they sound like “a small flat case containing two reels and a length of magnetic tape that winds between them, often used in audio and video recorders and players and as a medium for storing data in digital form.”
If you don’t like the ballad, don’t dismiss them before you check out You Were Too Old For Me….it’s groovy!
Neighbors want Crackie evicted
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.10, 2008, under articles
Image details: Troubled singer Amy Winehouse visits The Stapleford rehab centre served by picapp.com
Our favorite crackhead’s neighbors are trying to get her evicted. Amy Winehouse’s neighbors are tired of complaining about the parties that she’s having and all of the fights that she starts. They’re now trying to get her thrown out of her rented London flat.
One neighbor tells The Mirror, “This place used to be a nice quiet area until Amy moved in. She’s nothing but trouble and every night she is partying. If she’s not inviting friends round to live it up she is starting fights. A lot of us have complained to the council, but we have been told we need evidence of any wrongdoing. I’ve already filmed some of the trouble Amy has caused and I’ll be handing it over to the council to have a look at. Hopefully something will be done.”
They should just tell her to take her crack party somewhere else already.
Katy Perry: Ur So Gay
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.09, 2008, under articles
Katy Perry mocks an ex-boyfriend with the lyrics, “You’re so gay and you don’t even like boys.” She says that she’s not stereotyping gay people and that she’s making fun of herself.
You like? Is she the next Lily Allen?
Amy Winehouse attacks a third fan?
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.09, 2008, under articles
Image details: Amy Winehouse served by picapp.com
Amy Winehouse has been accused of attacking a third fan in a London pub recently.
She allegedly assaulted Wayne Lindsay after downing shots in the Dublin Castle public house on Saturday night.
He says that he was standing behind her when she hit him three times:
“There was no obvious reason for her flying off the handle. But she clearly thought I had done something. She was wild. She just flipped. It was if she had voices in her head.”
Someone’s going to sue Crackie if she keeps hitting people.
Mark Ronson takes aim at NME Magazine, calls them morons
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.08, 2008, under articles
Image details: O2 Wireless Festival 2008: Day 1 served by picapp.com
Apparently, someone over at NME Magazine gave Mark Ronson’s Glastonbury performance a not-so-nice review. Mark has taken to his Myspace page to say that he’s going to eBay his award from them as it would make a nice doorstop:
He writes, “I got the following email from a journalist at the NME in reference to what I imagine was a scathing review of my Glasto performance (if only I read the mag, I might know what it said….oh well). My NME award for 2008′s best international solo artist will be on eBay as soon as the morons send it to me. I doubt the bidding will go that high and it makes an excellent doorstop.”
I’d buy it.
Amy Winehouse at Rock in Rio
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.06, 2008, under articles
Amy Winehouse performed “Addicted” and then “Wake Up Alone” on Friday at Rock in Rio, both of which ring a little true for the drug addicted singer.
Well maybe she hasn’t really woken up alone, considering she “shagged” Alex Haines and Blake Wood. Yes, I said shagged. She’s British so it’s okay to use an Austin Powers reference.
She needs to stop cracking it up. Sources say that she was even doing drugs in rehab.

New Mariah Carey video: I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time
by Roberta Ferguson on Jul.03, 2008, under articles
I just saw Mariah Carey’s new video, I’ll Be Lobin’ U Long Time featuring T.I. and I have to say that it sucks. I’m sorry. I just didn’t like it.
Did you?
If you wanna see Mariah playing on the beach or cheesin’ in front of the camera cuz she thinks she’s special, then more power to you. I’d rather listen to this one:
See….still Mariah, just less suckage.
