Katharine McPhee joins the ranks of fellow American Idol alum Taylor Hicks and Ruben Studdard, as the third in a row to get the boot from Sony BMG.
As it nears time for the next American Idol season to start, I’m of the thought that they are cleaning house to make room for fresh blood.
McPhee’s only album, Katharine McPhee, only sold 366,000 units according to Nielsen Soundscan.
