Rikki Rockett gets rape charge dismissed

Rikki Rockett, the drummer for 80′s rock band Poison, took to his Myspace blog to say that he has been exonerated of the rape charge after a Mississippi grand jury refused to indict him.

The reason? He wasn’t even in the state when the actual act took place.

Rikki also claims that he was the victim of an impostor named John Minskoff.

Congrats to Rikki for clearing his name.
