New Music: Taylor Hicks – “What’s Right Is Right”

Here’s Taylor Hicks’ new video for his new single, “What’s Right Is Right”. This song is off of his upcoming album, “The Distance”, which is due out on March 10th.
I like this song, it reminds me a lot of Michael Bolton in it’s slowness, but it’s got a good vibe.
What do you think? Even though I wasn’t a card carrying member of the Soul Patrol, I still like Taylor’s voice when he sings certain songs. “Give Me Tonight” is my favorite by him, but I like my music with a lot more pulse to it.

Roberta, I am a #1 Taylor fan since I first spotted him in the long audition lines and cheered and applauded him without a single doubt all the way to the finish line. Looking back at your coments in 2007, could you now be eating your own words. Taylor has it all, always has, always will. Enuf said……

I have seen the video and I love it! Taylor could sing the phone book and I wouldn’t mind. I just love his soulful voice.
He was my favorite on American Idol and continues to be. The video is very tastefully done – kudos to all involved, especially Mr. Hicks. I hope the single is a hit for him.

It’s so good to hear something new from Taylor. With the right music he’ll go on for a long time.
