Taya Parker Talks About Bret Michaels
In an interview with Chaunce Hayden of Steppin’ Out magazine, Taya Parker talked about “Rock Of Love Bus” and supposed new boyfriend, Bret Michaels.
She spoke of how she feels towards Bret, saying, “Once I realized the ring he was holding was for me, I started to look around thinking, ‘Okay, are we getting married? Are my parents here?’ To be honest, I told him after the show, ‘I’m glad you had your head on straight because I totally would have married you right then and there.’ I really would have!”
The two are supposed to be reuniting this coming Sunday on the Rock Of Love Reunion Show. She says that she’d be hurt if they wouldn’t communicate after everything is said and done.
She adds, “I would definitely be hurt. Considering what I went through on that show, I would at least expect a phone call. I think being the person who he is he would do that. I left the ball in Bret’s court. If he wants to date, I’m jumping in with both feet. I could fall in love with him with a snap of a finger. There’s also a part of me that’s going to protect myself emotionally until I feel it’s safe for me to do that. So, stay tuned.”

I am an honest person and a very very dedicated fan to Bret and Poison. Altho I liked Taya, I think Mindy was the one that would have made him a very happy man. Even with her so called “funk” they claimed she was in, I would be too competing with all those women, but most women do tend to have “our” days. I’m deeply sorry Mindy did not win his heart, but I do wish Taya and Bret luck. I’m still hoping of the chance of Mindy and Bret reuniting some time down the road, stranger things do happen. And I will have to agree with Taya here, I would of jumped in with both feet and married him too right then and there. I’ve met Bret and he is a man of honor, and such a great person to talk to. He’ll always be part of my heart not only as my all time fave singer / song writer, but for the man he is.

Good job Bret. I have sooooo much respect for you. I am so sure Bret made the right choice py choosing Taya. She is mature, poised, secure and self insured and well spoken> She certainly can handle his groupies in a professional manner (Like she did in the show with all those loosers). Midy is so immature and bi polar that it would be a metter of days before she’ll be out of the picture. Her insecurity and immaturity and whininig is sickenning. To top it off, that voice and prononciation. Last night, at the reunion, I lost all the respect for her, when she was lip locking with Bret and trying to look devestated and all in love with him. All to get his attention. Remember Mindy, there is a reason you have never had a serious relationship (as you said in the show). You should look into yourself instead of blaming others. Kudos to Bret for makling the right choice.

I don’t think Bret chose the right girl at all. Taya is way too “perfect” for him! She is sooo fake! However, if Bret chose Mindy, I would have felt the same. Rock of Love is getting old (just like any other show now). Give it up guys….What a waste of time. This is a learning lesson for me…These shows are made just for ratings.

Bret you definately made the right decison I can feel the chemistry between you and Taya I liked Mindy too but there was something about her that was fake and whiny its like sorry chick you lost and she just didnt get it I dont know just glad you made the right choice take care babe.

Has anyone but me relized Its Brett who may have the business plan? His career is winding down and Taya’s Hot and making bank. He was worried that she may be a gold digger and having motives. I think he knew just what he was doing. Pootie always sells, Rockstars just get old and play at fairs and casinos in Tacoma WA. And since the show he’s lookin TIRED

bret i think that you made the right decision to pick taya! mindy is a complainer and she needs to grow up! what botherd me was that mandy got jealous of you and taya. Midy needs to grow up and change her atitude about you and taya being together. Mindy is being very imature. she thinks that she is beter than taya. i dont think so mindy give bret michaels and taya a brake!

I dont think bret made the right choice. Mindy may have had some funk moments, but who doesnt. and if your such a hot star and so fine, (which I think you are, and I saw you when you looked a lot different)why do you need help finding what you can find on the show. All the real women are the ones who look like ordinary women. If you wanted a centerfold, why didnt you just go to the mansion and pick one out. This is why I think you are so fake and just like 90% of the rest of the men in america. Taya has nothing of your heart in her best interest. She just furthered herself along in life, just like the rest of us.

I just saw the renuion show. He made a bad choice, from the minute he locked lips with Mindy he constantly caught on camera starring at her, directly at her. He know he messed up and only a matter of time until they hook up. I use to be a huge poison and Brett fan, but after rock of love 3, i thin he was the biggest sl*t on the tour.

Bret, wrong choice again? You never came to my neck of the woods and i would love a chance to go out with a rock star becouse we dont get many in Hoosick Falls NY state. I love you for you not just for your music but for you as a person who you really are.
