When Beyonce belted out “At Last” at Barack Obama’s inaugural ball, she did a fine job and was all class. Etta James lashed out at the “big eared” President along with Beyonce, saying that “she was singing my song.”

James issued an apology to the President, but never really apologized to Beyonce.

Beyonce is taking the high road, saying, “I played Etta James (in Cadillac Records), so I did my research, I read her book. I was not at all surprised. That’s Etta. She’s hilarious.”

Fall Out Boy have gotten the green light for their Boca Raton, Florida gig after the show was scrapped due to security issues.

It was rumored that the group had been banned from the area, after bassist Pete Wentz twittered about the show being canceled by local officials.

A spokesperson for Mizner Park Amphitheater said, “There have been known disturbances associated with Fall Out Boy. We anticipate that the concert will generate security challenges.”

Fall Out Boy’s manager, Bob McLynn said in response, “I’m not sure what these ‘challenges’ are that they are speaking of. The town said that if we tried to keep the show on we would have to pay an extraordinary amount of money in extra costs.”

The band has rescheduled the concert for the Pompano Beach Amphitheater.

Stanley Howse, better known as Flesh N Bone from Bone Thugs N Harmony, has been cleared of gun and marijuana possession, but is still locked up behind bars until his attorney can get him out.

He was arrested on April 2, 2009 in Santa Clarita, California. Yet due to the fact that he was on parole at the time of his arrest, he has to sit in jail until his lawyer, Shepard Kopp, can clear the whole thing up.

According to an article in the L.A. Times, the spokeswoman for the L.A. district attorney’s office said, “The defense turned over some information, and we investigated and realized we were unable to proceed with the charges as filed, so the judge dismissed the case.”

Howse was pulled over on April 2nd after police noticed a brake light out on his car. Deputies then searched his car and found a 9-millimeter semi-automatic pistol. He was then arrested and charged with gun possession by a felon.

Howse maintained that the weapon belonged to his wife who is a Chicago police officer.

Kopp said that the dismissal of the case left his client “overjoyed.”

Kopp adds, “It vindicates what I’ve said from the start of this case, which is that Mr. Howse did not possess any contraband. When you haven’t done anything wrong and you wind up in jail it’s a pretty traumatic event. There’s still a parole hold, and we hope to get that resolved within the next week.”

Fat Joe had his new video for “Hey Joe” halted after large crowds started clustering together to watch.

Fans came out of the woodwork to be extras in the video, causing the police to halt shooting. Police arrived on scene and disbanded large groups of fans. Some fans were searched and one was arrested.

Rihanna reportedly flew back from Kansas to make it in time to check out some $5 million homes in the Hollywood Hills. Chris Brown reportedly checked out of his hotel so that he could spend the night at Rihanna’s home.

While she was away checking out homes, Chris left to go the Beverly Center to buy her some Belgian chocolates.

There aren’t enough Belgian chocolates or any kind, for that matter, that would make me take this guy back.

Madonna fell off of her horse over the weekend and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and observation. Madonna’s camp came out with the story that she fell due to a paparazzi spooking her horse with the camera flashing.

Her manager, Guy Oseary, even Twittered about the incident.

He said:

Madonnas accident today was caused by the papparazzi.. they spooked the horse she was riding.. these guys dont know when to stop!!

The cops are calling BS on the paparazzi story, saying none of that was mentioned when they filled out their report.

Sgt. Herbert Johnson from Southampton Village’s Police Department, says, “There is no mention of photographers. It’s a matter of spin control that went out of control. If they felt there was something else, they would have written ‘paparazzi’ in the form – if they felt there was a problem.”

Stop lyin’ Madge, what really happened out there? Too old for the horse?
