New Kids On The Block sue imposters

new_kids_on_the_block_lawsuitNineties and now boy man-band New Kids On The Block have just filed a lawsuit against production company SM Productions, after the company tried taking the band’s trademarked name.

The production company, who provides DJs for California events, has tried to form a new group using the name “New Kids On The Block” along with attempting to trademark the band’s “Hangin’ Tough” album artwork.

They were trying to pass off newly recorded music as music by the original NKOTB.

Ouch! But is imitation really the most sincerest form of flattery?

  1. Losers! They can’t even come up with their own group name? They definately don’t need to be in the music industry! NKOTB should sue them. There’s only 1 NKOTB-and they’ve been hangin’ tough for too damn long to have this untalented, lazy, fake, wannabee group take cedit for their talent, hardwork, and creativity!!!
