Even though mum is pretty much the word as far as this divorce is concerned, we’ve heard that R&B singer Usher has in fact, filed for divorce from his wife of almost two years, Tameka Foster.

The singer filed the divorce papers in Atlanta on Friday. A source says that the couple have been leading separate lives for months. The source adds, “He’s done his best to keep Tameka away.”

I’m sure Tameka doesn’t mind, either way she’s getting a nice chunk of change.

Katy Perry isn’t afraid of letting a little bit of herpes get her down. The singer regularly picks a girl from the audiences at her shows and lays a big smooch on them after her concerts are over.

She says, “Every night, when I play a show, I pick one girl and kiss her. I’m not a Disney kid. I have fun and live life to the fullest. I can’t tell you the baddest thing because I have to keep that for my secret diary.”

She also says that she gets frustrated when people think she’s lying about certain things. She adds, “No one believes I grew my own boobs. Everyone thinks they’re fake because they’re double Ds. Also people think my parents are stiff and strict because they are church ministers. But they’re so funny, cool, and modern. My dad just got four tattoos.”

I can’t seem to get enough of this song. Gossip rocks! After first hearing them on Pig Radio, I had to find out who it was singing, because Beth Ditto is rockin’ the house on this one.

The group have just released their video for “Heavy Cross” and it’s awesome. I freaking love this song!

The song is the first single off of their upcoming album, “Music For Men”, which is due for a U.S. release on June 23, 2009.

Sure they have!

In a recent interview, Miley Cyrus dished the deets on Nick Jonas and her new nose ring.

She said about Nick, “We both just kind of saw each other and kind of decided this whole thing is kind of stupid. We were all over the separation. I’m really happy to be back in their lives. And our families are super happy we’re hanging out again.”

I’m sure they are, considering she just broke up with her 20-year-old underwear model boyfriend, Justin Gaston.

Nick even took a trip down to Tybee Island in Georgia to visit Miley, while she was taking a break from filming, “The Last Song.”

Nice. I know this fool, Bret Michaels, has his choice of the “ladies” (and I use that term loosely) for some odd reason. He was a rock star in the eighties, but that really faded (in my eyes) when he started filming his reality show.

Now, he seems to me that he’s just a washed up eighties has-been. But he keeps things interesting once in a while.

In the spirit of promotion for his new book, “Roses and Thorns” Bret talked to “Elle” magazine about the girls he hooks up with.

On whether or not he’d bring a skank home to meet his grandmother, he said, “There are definitely some girls who come on the show to party, and there are a few I’m not going to take home to Grandma. But I try to never use the words ‘skanky’ or ‘slutty.’ I don’t call any of them out like that. And the ones who just want to have fun and then go? It’s not a horrible thing. We don’t have to own each other’s souls to have a night of fun. I happen to be thankful for the gifts they give me.”

Just call ‘em what they are! It’s not like we don’t already know. We’ve seen “Rock Of Love: Skank Bus”.

Adam Lambert recently and officially came out as gay on the latest issue of “Rolling Stone.”

Lambert said that he had no regrets about coming out on the cover of the magazine, and in fact, he felt liberated.

He is gay and has never hidden it, but was subject to the rumors as to his sexuality. Now, he says that he’s happy that he did it, even though everyone already knew.

He says, “I’m really happy with it. The cover looks great. It was great working with [photographer] Matthew Rolston. And the title – ‘The Liberation of Adam Lambert’ – I do feel liberated. I feel like a weigt has been lifted off my shoulders.”

He said that if he would’ve admitted it sooner, it may have become a distraction during the singing competition. He adds that he felt it would be “so sensationalized that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing. It’s not like I was holding back before…I was being myself, but it’s nice to have everything out in the open.”

Nineties and now boy man-band New Kids On The Block have just filed a lawsuit against production company SM Productions, after the company tried taking the band’s trademarked name.

The production company, who provides DJs for California events, has tried to form a new group using the name “New Kids On The Block” along with attempting to trademark the band’s “Hangin’ Tough” album artwork.

They were trying to pass off newly recorded music as music by the original NKOTB.

Ouch! But is imitation really the most sincerest form of flattery?

Rapper Lil Wayne is trying to be quite the connoisseur.

Apparently the rapper has given his endorsement to a brand new line of cigars, made specifically for smoking pot. He’s a fan of the drug and has never made any qualms about that.

Now, he’s gone as far as allowing the makers of Bogey Blunts to slap his image on the product packaging.

“Hip Hop Weekly” reports that the leaves used in the cigars can be easily unrolled for users to add their own “tobacco”.

What’s next? Lil’ Wayne weed? Or how about Lil’ Wayne Lollipops?

The Jonas Brothers treated thousands of screaming fans to a free live concert yesterday in Central Park.

They shut down Rumsey Playfield as fans gathered in droves on the lawn for their live performance as part of Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series.

The brothers performed some old hits as well as new songs from their upcoming album, “Lines Vines and Trying Times”, which is set for release next week.

Rihanna is a total saint.

First off, the singer vocalized her efforts in retaining a bone marrow donor for cancer stricken Jasmina Anema and even honored her at a recent event. After the little girl received a potentially life-saving bone marrow transplant, Rihanna flew to her bedside this month to pray for her recovery.

Anema received the transplant on Thursday, June 11th, after a match was successfully found.

Rihanna says, “I love this little girl and I am so happy that Jasmina received her transplant today. Miracles do happen. I hope more people sign up as bone marrow donors with DKMS (leukemia society) so we can save more lives like hers. Jasmina remains in my prayers for a fast recovery.”

Kudos to Rihanna for bringing this dire need to the public spotlight. I’m glad that there are celebrities out there using their fame for such good causes.

Pete Doherty was busted for drunk driving early Thursday morning, after authorities spotted him driving erratically and arrested him for DUI and possession of drugs.

The Babyshambles frontman is now facing a possible jail sentence, after he pleaded guilty to the drunk driving and drug possession charges on Friday.

He was charged with dangerous driving, drunk driving, possessing Class A drugs, and driving without a license or insurance. This is not a hard issue to deal with, if you’re not licensed or insured, then hire a freaking driver! It’s not like he can’t afford it, right?

He was released on bail following the hearing. He is due back in court on August 11, 2009 for the courts to set a trial date for the charge of dangerous driving, the only one of which he pleaded not guilty to.
