New leaked Weezer song ‘If You Are Wondering If I Want You To’

posted by Roberta — Aug 17th, 2009

weezer_new_leaked_songThis new leaked song of Weezer’s, “If You Are Wondering If I Want You To (I Want You To)” was supposed to be released on August 25, 2009.

Apparently, the folks over at Walmart were unaware of that and released it earlier than planned. Now it’s out there and we’ve got it for your listening pleasure.

  7. oh boy. another track of meaningless mediocricy. what happened to Rivers and co. after having published 3 of the greatest indie/emo-rock records of all time? I so wish myself back into the 90′s, when blue album and pinkerton were still fresh and nobody would have thought of weezer ever playing awfully bad stuff like ‘Beverly Hills’…

  17. This song is so catchy, I’ve listened to it 30 times so far! Much better then their previous single releases. Best song by Weezer.. The World has turned and left me here (Blue Album). This song does have the same guitar melody as the Jam (Town called Malice) seriously.. you tube it… but really, why does it matter? it’s a good tune.

  19. there are so many songs that it’s impossible for things not to sound like each other. YOU try writing something that doesn’t sound like something else. it’s pretty much impossible. every chord has been written at some point and therefore sounds like something. so leave them be! It’s a good song regardless if it sounds like something else!
