Madonna is reportedly set to do a duet with Janet Jackson as a tribute to Michael Jackson. They were said to have bonded over dinner after Sunday’s VMAs.

Janet performed “Scream” which was a duet with Michael, and then we saw Madonna’s touching tribute to him.

A source said, “It was a meeting of two great musical minds. Madonna was so impressed with Janet’s tribute to Michael that they started talking about how great it would be to honor him by doing something together…There was definitely something very interesting being planned between them.”

I’d buy it. Would you?

Jennifer Aniston appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ show and was talking about singing in her upcoming movie, “Goree Girls”.

Ellen nagged her to sing, so she grabbed the mic and sang “I’ve Got A Crush On You”.

Diddy was partying it up at 1Oak nightclub, when upon leaving, he had a little talking to from the local police. A crowd of people rushed the area and the police officer on the scene asked Diddy to retreat back to the club so that they could control the crowd.

Diddy told ‘em to eff off and went about his way. Not really, but it makes for a better story. He refused to re-enter the club and made his way to his car with Cassie. Police officers were then forced to shut down the street to ensure his safety.

He said, “It was just a little misunderstanding…miscommunication. Me and the officer, we worked it out…things were a little aggressive for me, which I’m not really used to.”

Kanye West really stole a special moment for Taylor Swift, but there are rumors surfacing now that this was all part of the act.

Reportedly, MTV wanted Jay-Z to perform for the VMAs, and he said that he would — under one condition: they would have to let Beyonce perform and make her look good. Didn’t you walk away from the awards show thinking that Beyonce was a total class act? Hmmmm….

Chris Brown is still the tool of the century. After what he did to Rihanna, there’s just no going back. But that doesn’t stop him from wanting to.

He tweeted this message, “MY HEART IS INCOMPLETE… the part that is complete is my love for fans, career, friends, family.. god. but im missing someone or somthing.”

I wonder who that could be about? Here’s a hint: Right before that message, he tweeted a link to his song “Changed Man”.

Poor Jessica Simpson. Her dog, Daisy was snatched up by a coyote yesterday.

She tweeted this message, “My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”

I feel for her. But how realistic is it that Daisy will be returned. Sad, but true. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for her, though.

In the wake of the Taylor Swift/Kanye West controversy, 50 Cent spoke out to MuchMusic about Kanye’s actions.

When asked if he watched the VMAs last night, Fiddy said, “That was interesting, like, I mean, when you [sic] nominated for the first time, what you saw from me in 2004 was the Grammys. When I went up, Evanescence won Best New Artist and it was like, I sold 12 million records. It was the largest debut in hip hop albums today, I was overlooked and I still don’t have a Grammy. It’s been 13 nominations, because I wrote the harsh realities, I’ve been overlooked completely. So, when you got an artist there for the first time, and you go and you wanna tell ‘em like — We know Beyonce is great. You know that, like, there’s nobody confused in that actual area. But Taylor Swift is great, and is new at that point. And you can’t replace it and an apology can’t replace what it feels like for the very first time, receiving that award. Now, in her head, ‘My first award was Kanye West’. It’s damaging, but, I wish he would come and take one of my awards, so I could black his eye. And in front of everybody. You pick and choose who you feel safe doing that with, though. Be honest. He shouldn’t worry about me, Pink was gonna get to him. What?!??”
