I wonder why Kobe Bryant and Michael Phelps weren't facing lawsuits, they lost plenty of endorsements and millions of dollars, they had major commercial being shown on TV, that were pulled off the air. The two of them did end up with some of their endorsements back. My question is, were their incidents consider bad behavior or is sexual assault and posing with a drug pipe on a magazine good behavior.
