Jennifer Lopez bruised her butt bone

by on Dec.03, 2009, under articles

90802M4_LOPEZ_B-GR_03Oh noes! When Jennifer Lopez fell at the American Music Awards last month, she bruised her moneymaker!

After the incident, she was all like, “Wait, did I fall? Oh yeah, that was part of the routine.”

Now, she’s saying that it hurt her tail bone. She said, “I have, like, a bruised bone… What happened was that one of the dancers’ backs was slippery from sweat and the lights and everything. We never bargained for that because they always had T-shirts on in rehearsal… and when I stepped on their backs, my feet were wet, so when I landed they slipped from under me.”

That sucks. She was said to have performed her newest shoe hit on Ellen DeGeneres’ show without a hitch.

Chris Brown is hurting

by on Dec.03, 2009, under articles

91013M6_BROWN_B-GR_06And you can feel free to ask me if I care.

Shamed R&B singer Chris Brown talks about the pain that he’s experiencing as a result of losing ex-girlfriend Rihanna on his new song, “Famous Girl”. Sound like another song he sang???

Someone needs to get over her already. If she has any sense, she’s already forgotten about your sorry self. Loser.

And I know his fans are gonna be hatin’, so get it over with. After all of that dies down, he’s still going to be a loser.

Hannah Montana doll drops the F-bomb?

by on Dec.03, 2009, under articles

cussing-hannah-montana-dollParents are up in arms over the new Hannah Montana doll and say that some of the words could be misconstrued by younger kids.

One parent heard her daughter singing a song which contained the F-word and asked where she’d heard it. The young girl told her mom that her “baby” said the word. When it was replayed, you could plainly tell that the doll sounded like it was uttering swear words as a part of the song.

Alicia Keys’ new album is about overcoming depression

by on Dec.02, 2009, under articles

alicia-keys-element-of-freedomAlicia Keys is about to release her newest album, “The Element Of Freedom” on December 15th, and the singer has revealed that the album is about overcoming depression.

She revealed that she almost gave up on music when her grandmother passed away in 2006, but has channeled all of those emotions into her new album.

She said, “I found more freedom. Before, I thought I could only show the strong side of me. Now there’s a mixture of strong and delicate. A new sound, a new emotion. That’s a lot of who I am right now. In the past, I was locking myself in the studio because I thought it was the only way to create music. This was a more casual way to do it. The tour will take me all over the world for a year and I can’t wait to play these songs.”

She further explained, “With the last album, I was really trying to find myself and I was feeling extremely overworked. I was also starting to understand that I was dealing with certain people in business that were not really for me and they all had their intentions and thoughts. I was snappy, I was nasty, I was mean, losing my grandmother during that time as well. Everything felt like it could all just tumble down at once.”

Wherever her artistic visions take her, I’m sure we are going to love it. She’s an amazing singer and it’s good to hear her overcoming the sadness to rise above all of the negativity.
