Asher Roth Does The Blackeyed Peas’ Song, ‘Boom Boom Pow’

Asher Roth has really made a name for himself, in the short time that he’s been on the scene.

With his first lyrical foray into music, “I Love College”, he cemented himself as a fixture in the music business. On May 12, Roth appeared on BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge Show where he performed the song.

Now, he’s just released his recording of the Black Eyed Peas song, “Boom Boom Pow”. Check it out below:

    OMG! Better than than the original, are you out of your mind! This guy sucks! All it was was “buy my album, buy my album! You should be fired! The sctratching and the beat was awesome but Asher can barley rap and when he does it’s not about anything worth mentioning!

    This is Brilliant.
    He’s bringing something fresh to the hip hop/rap scene.
    Especially this. Its good to see a rapper just enjoying making music again rather than all the rappers that take themselves too seriously.
    This is the stuff you can have a party with.
    instead of making everybody want to fight each other trying to be a gangsta.
