Breaking News:California Supreme Court rules Chris Brown’s attorney can’t access LAPD files

According to sources, Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, asked the court for secret LAPD files in relation to the Rihanna beating case. His appeal was rejected by the Califorina Supreme Court today.
Geragos was seeking information involving the leak of the Rihanna beating photo to TMZ.
Brown is due back in court on June 22, 2009.
