Coldplay covers Michael Jackson’s ‘Billie Jean’

I’m no fan of Coldplay and I’ve never made that a secret. The guys got together on stage at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington on July 11th and busted out with some Michael Jackson.

Thank God the king of pop was not around to hear this nonsense. They murdered the poor song. They need to give it up, no one can do “Billie Jean” like Michael Jackson and it was a poor effort on their part.

Maybe next time, guys.

Check it out:

If the video gets yanked, you can always listen to the song here:

Yeah, let’s spend time bashing an acoustic in-betweener they probably hadn’t even rehearsed. Shame on them for trying to capture a “classic”

    Please.

I love it…..if they release a single, I will buy it!

I must disagree and I say they did a pretty damn good job…probably better than most artist who will try to cover this song. And probably better than 99% of the population that will try and karaoke this song.
