DJ AM had 9 Oxycontin pills in his system when he died

Sad news regarding the death of DJ AM, AKA Adam Goldstein. Apparently the celebrity DJ had eight Oxycontin pills in his system at the time of his death, and one undissolved one in his mouth.
Was it suicide?
A source said, “He wanted to die. He was going unconscious when he took the last one. He didn’t even swallow it.”
Let’s not jump to conclusions, people. It’s still early and the toxicology report has not come back yet.
