Lady Gaga causes death of photographer?

Lady Gaga arrived at the ACE Awards Gala held Tuesday at NYC’s Cipriani 42nd Street where she is being honored with the Stylemaker Award, and didn’t speak to anyone as she entered.
Apparently there was a photographer there who was standing on a ladder, pass out and fall to his death.
A source said, “Gaga’s arrival made a photographer at the event pass out while standing on a ladder, causing him to fall to his death.”
