Lily Allen suffering from a concussion?

Lily Allen has taken to her Twitter account to talk about how she landed in Tokyo and was off to Brisbane. In the tweet, she mentioned hitting her head after falling over.
She said, “lying in bed trying desperately to get some sleep, jetlag is no longer a joke. fell over and hit my head last night, have an awful headache.”
Directly after that, she added, “i think i may be concussed”.
She must be feeling better today, as her latest tweet said that she was heading out for lunch, and then hiding more concert tickets.
Take it easy Lily!
