Miley Cyrus has just had a diva moment when stopping at a local hamburger joint. The singer stopped at Pop Burger on East 58th Street to grab something to eat.

Oblivious, the manager asked her for her name so that he could write it on her order. This threw Miley into a “Don’t you know who I am?” moment. She snapped, “Are you serious? You don’t recognize me? I’m Miley Cyrus.” Still the guy had no idea who she was and ran her credit card just like everyone else. He responded, “That’s nice for you. Here is your order. Have a good day.”

If I ever go to New York, I must go there. Celebrities must be old hat to these people and no one gets special treatment because of who they are. HAHAHA! Take that Miley!
