So I was browsing Reddit today, and came across this post by a Redditor who wishes to remain nameless, for obvious reasons. According to the anonymous film student, he did some emergency work for full-of-himself dick J.P. Riley:

“I did my friend in LA a favor by picking up some VFX work for a director he knows. This was April. I heard about the project on Tuesday, got my video files to work with on Thursday, and worked non-stop until the deadline on Sunday. I go to college, so this was quite a time commitment for me, considering my course load. He was ecstatic about how the VFX turned out. And they looked really good (if I do say so myself).

I’ve been e-mailing him for the past 6 months trying to get the money he owes me. He’s promised it multiple times. Now he claims there was some issue with my work, and that I don’t deserve any payment. First I’d heard of it. Had I known, I would have fixed it immediately back in April. I suspect he thought he could get away with not paying me from the start. He’s 28. I’m 21.”

The film student tried his best to keep the name of the dildo director secret, but an intrepid Redditor figured it out immediately. Such is life on the interwebs.

So, after listening to Riley’s incredibly mature voicemail to a person that did some work for him… what do you think? Was he intending on screwing over a college student from the beginning?
