Perez Hilton is suing Black Eyed Peas manager, Polo Molina

Sadly, he'll probably get a fat settlement out of this whole ordeal It’s round two (or three?) in the battle between celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and the Black Eyed Peas. More specifically, Lavandeira is now suing the Peas’ manager, Polo Molina, in a civil suit filed today.

Lavandeira is suing for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is seeking unspecified damages in excess of $25,000. In the suit, Lavandeira is reportedly seeking to protect his rights to free speech and claims that Molina attacked him because he made critical comments about the Black Eyed Peas’ new album.

In my personal opinion, I don’t feel that Molina attacked him because of any comments he made about BEP’s album. He was intimidating those around him by getting up in their faces and calling Will.I.Am a “f*ggot”. It’s madness, I tell you!
