The wonderful thing about the Internet is that so much stuff is available on demand at any minute, which allows us to see things in videos from years ago that we never quite bothered to look at. They can give a snapshot into a person’s life, like that of back-up singer Paul Rutherford, who’s initial stint as a back-up singer to Frankie Goes to Hollywood never quite put him on the right road to his own fame and success, but told us as much as we needed to know anyways.

You’ll never listen to this song the same after watching the active dancing, air humping and utter white-ness of Rutherford’s back-up performance. It’s enthralling.
