This is more than alllllllllllright, it sounds extremely good! It’s a pure pleasure to hear Whitney’s great voice over a modern sound. I also love the classic ballads “I Look To You” and “I didn’t know my own strength”, and the 80′s rythm of “Million Dollar Bill”, but “Salute” is the sound of 2009. I can only say: Well done Whitney… Can’t wait to hear the last version of Akon’s “Like I Never Left”! :)

this is not alllright but is brilliant. of all the tracks that have leaked thus far, i didnt know my own strength is the weakest although i love that song. that being said, cant wait to get myself a copy of the whole album

This is a very gritty urban tune that will have crossover appeal with the very young and old. It’s easy to listen and bob your head to and the lyrics are very meaningful to what she has been through. Each leak gets better and better. I would love to see the music video to this. It would rank high on MTV and BET’s video countdowns.

Well i have to be totally honest i am a huge Whitney fan, and love all her music. But there is something with this song that i do not like. Its ok but its not the best. So i do agree with Roberta on this one. But what i want to know is who is leaking all of these songs of hers!!! not that im going to complain too much because i have loved hearing them early!! I think its totally unfair that almost half the album has been leaked. And before any one says thats its a PR move i really dont believe it is.

Sexy! I think its current without being too much of attempt at sounding young. Her vocals are great, and I personally think it’s great that she’s showing more depth than belting out every song she gets her hands on. Go, Whit!

I can’t wait to hear her whole album, WAITING Patiently!!!! August 31 can’t come fast enough!

I loved her THEN, and Still love her NOW!!!

Everything I hear is making me want this cd more and more. Even though I have consistently brought her albums over the years I had no idea I was a true Whitney fan until these tracks started leaking and I realized how much I missed her. She is so much better than these other so called “divas”. The music feels like it will still be played fifteen years from now.

the old whitney is not coming back. that girl was a moment in time – a punctuation. this woman that we hear is a moment in time too and we will never hear her again either. an artist is about evolution and journey. this lady is taking us somewhere. every voice changes – it is the way we are designed. make no mistake, Whitney Houston is the greatest SINGER of our time. even the other great singers Celine, Mariah, Shania, Dolly – they all say the same thing about this lady.
