Lady Gaga has already teamed up with pop icon Cyndi Lauper and VIVA Mac for global AIDS/HIV awareness, so it comes as no surprise that the singer is using her celebrity to endorse a condom line.

Wrap it up, little monsters!

MTV reports:

The sometimes kooky, always unforgettable Gaga is working with designer Jeremy Scott to let her fans know that they should wear condoms — especially ones designed by Scott in association with Proper Attire. “It’s not complicated, just a fashion statement,” Lady Gaga said in a press release about the collaboration. “Everybody wrap it up with Jeremy Scott for Proper Attire condoms.” The condoms come in three varieties (studded, ribbed and sheer), and proceeds from sales will benefit Planned Parenthood.

The condoms will be sold at Opening Ceremony stores and online at Opening Ceremony and Proper Attire. While Gaga has been known to wear clothes designed by Scott, it is still unknown if Gaga will take her own advice and use this particular brand of condoms in her private time. And, as much as we love to know everything about Gaga, this is one thing she’s totally welcome to keep private.

Frances Bean Cobain has no confidence in her mother’s comeback. Reportedly, Frances is not supporting her mother’s return to the rock world with Hole’s new album, “Nobody’s Daughter”.

Courtney Love said, “One time, Frances was being mean and said, ‘What are you going to do if the record fails?’ Well, Frances, it can’t fail because I love it, and I’ve worked really hard to make sure that I love it.”

American Idol’s top 24 was announced Wednesday and much to the dismay of many, singer Chris Golightly has been disqualified.

Ryan Seacrest took to his official Twitter account to say:

been determined that Chris Golightly is ineligible to continue on IDOL, contestant Tim Urban has replaced Golightly as part of the Top 24

Meanwhile, previous contestant Samantha Musa offers some insight as to why he got the axe from the competition. On her Twitter, she said:

“Just got off the phone with Chris GoLightly. He was disqualified yesterday, after already being told he was in the Top 24, over some bogus old contract. The contract expired, but they disqualified him for not telling them. He is talking to lawyers, but doubt they can do anything. You’re allowed to have old contracts, they just need to know about them. I think he put that he had it, but the guy he was in it with called Idol and said he still had contractual rights over him. Finally found the contract, expired in June. He is upset cause he says it was a misunderstanding.”

What do you think of the situation?

On Wednesday, the New York Post wrote that Kelly Osbourne and Abigail Breslin were seated next to each other at the Nanette Lepore show. The two reportedly didn’t have any words for each other as they watched the show.

They said:

Sometimes two stars from totally different worlds are sat next to one another in the front row of a fashion show and they instantly bond over the clothes, their differences or some other minute detail. Other times, this happens.

Crickets.

Clearly Kelly Osbourne and Abigail Breslin couldn’t find common ground at today’s Nanette Lepore show.

Kelly has taken to her official Twitter account to debunk the rumor, stating:

this is BS she was sweet to me as i was to here [sic]

According to People Magazine, former Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks will return to the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, but in a lesser role. Apparently it looks like Jay Leno will have to find a full time bandleader and hopefully be able to develop the same level of chemistry that he has enjoyed with Kevin Eubanks.

“His plans are in flux, but Kevin Eubanks says that for now he’ll still be with Jay Leno when they return to the Tonight Show, but in a reduced capacity.

Eubanks, who joined the Tonight Show in 1992 and became bandleader two years later, reportedly was going to leave at some point after the show resumes March 1 following a disappointing prime-time run. “

Mischa Barton felt the need to roll around town yesterday in her comfortable, while smoking a fattie.
