Not only are random people getting mistaken for Justin Bieber, he’s getting mobbed for looking like Eastenders actor Thomas Law.

While in the U.K, Justin was mobbed by fans of the actor’s, only to find that he had been mistaken for him. Bieber fever must not have reached their neck of the woods just yet. It’s not a far stretch, though, considering they’re rather close in age (Justin is 16, Thomas is 17) and they share similar hair cuts.

Justin said, “Some girls asked for my autograph and then said, ‘We love in you Eastenders.’ I’d never heard of the show. So I Googled the actor, and, I guess, there are worse people to be compared with.”

Would you mistake one for the other?

Katy Perry made it a point to ban all straight men from the filming of her new video, California Gurls. The singer said that she didn’t want any of the men on-set seeing her naked.

In one shot, she’s seen floating on a cloud, fully nude, so Katy decided it was time to close the set, all except for women and homosexual men.

She said, “The cotton candy clouds! I was naked. It was really fun to do. We had to do like a closed set because we didn’t want anyone seeing anything. You weren’t allowed on the set unless you were a girl or you’re gay. I think that’s probably like the standard for all girlfriends. Anyways, I was really excited to do something like this and really nervous. But it turned out okay.”

What did you think of her video?

After the MTV Movie Awards on June 6, 2010, Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM bracelet went off, alerting the authorities to her having alcohol in her bloodstream. Now, it has been found, the probation department has cleared Lindsay over any alcohol usage.

The next day, Lindsay was ordered to come in at 10 a.m. and submit to a random drug and alcohol screening. She passed, and with flying colors.

TMZ reports:

Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us … the test results are good enough for them and as far as they are concerned Lindsay is in full compliance with her probation.

And we’re told it’s increasingly looking like Lindsay will be in full compliance with her alcohol ed classes by the next court hearing — July 6.

Let’s hope she can keep this up so that she won’t have to do any jail time. Also, I have to wonder why she keeps covering up the anklewear? It’s not like we don’t know it’s there.

Dina Lohan made it a point yesterday to let everyone and their mother know that she had a hard time using Lindsay and Ali’s Carvel ice cream Black card. Apparently the card was given out as a part of their 75th year anniversary and only select celebrities received them. Their terms of usage state that the card holder must be present and that the ice cream received cannot exceed $25 per week.

Dina went in and tried to get some free ice cream with the card and the shop attendant asked her for identification. This caused a problem for Dina, who ran right over to Radar Online to give a statement about the whole fiasco.

She said, “The shop assistant said, ‘Do you have I.D.?’ Next minute, he grabbed my arm and took my card and held it hostage and wouldn’t give me the cake! This guy was crazy! I didn’t think it be a problem. I couldn’t believe this guy… it’s a family card, it just didn’t have my name on it. Next minute, four cop cars showed up, there’s a police helicopter overhead and this guy makes it seem to the cops that I’m trying to use a stolen credit card — and for what? Over a free ice cream?!”

When the cops arrived, the attendant returned the card to her, but he didn’t want to. She said, “Finally he gave up and gave me my card back. But he told me, ‘You can have the card, but you can’t have the cake!’ It just shows how we get treated so much worse than regular people. Just wait until Lindsay and Ali hear about this. When Ali gets back, I’m going to bring her in everyday to this store – and you can print that!” (continue reading…)

Joy Behar interviewed Perez Hilton today, and for the first time, he was able to speak out about the Miley upskirt photo controversy. Perez claimed that the photo in question did not contain anything questionable.

He said, “I feel like if everyone saw this image in question, they would clearly see that you’re not seeing anything down there that you’re not supposed to. It’s definitely not child pornography and it’s definitely not illegal.”

We spoke to an anonymous source who said that they’ve seen the uncensored version of the photo that Perez Hilton tweeted of Miley Cyrus on Sunday night. This person said, “He’s lying. One hundred percent! The photo he displayed for his followers definitely contained something that could be construed as pornographic.”

AGAIN. He’s LYING. The photo was clearly manipulated (original – censored HERE) to show something ILLEGAL. And why isn’t anyone doing anything about this? Is it because this is what he does for a living?!??

How is that any excuse for this type of behavior? Especially for a 17-year-old girl, he acts like it was her fault or something. Where is Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus in this equation? I would’ve thought they might want to comment on this?

Captain Obvious is shaking his head, unimpressed….but the good news is, the more Miley opens her mouth against Perez, the more I like her.

After all of the hoopla surrounding her upskirt photo dwindled, Miley Cyrus has finally responded to Perez Hilton’s controversy.

In his video response to all of the jail comments, Perez posted a video on his site. He said, “Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties? Do you think I am stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she is not wearing any underwear down there?”

In response, Miley told Ryan Seacrest, “That’s like, some idiot being an idiot – that’s not me, you know what I’m saying? Isn’t it funny how things that are so negative have to come out right before my record? It’s like, no one can just let a positive thing happen. All I can do is focus on the positive and that I hope this record does well.”

Do you think he’s trying to sabotage her? And why isn’t anyone pushing the issue of child pornography charges?

Justin Bieber was not at The Mug & Mallet bar in Ocean City, boozing it up, but a 27-year-old woman by the name of Katie was – and guess what…she looks just like the teen singer.

Authorities were alerted when Katie was spotted drinking at the bar, with fellow drinkers thinking that the Biebz was there, drinking it up.

TMZ reports:

Katie tells us she had to whip out … her ID and prove she wasn’t JB — though she says she gets mistaken for the singer, “all the time!”

If only the cops would’ve checked the real Bieber’s Twitter page — they would have known he was in The Bahamas with Kim Kardashian.

In a new interview with the NY Times, Em talks about rehab, his recovery and his mother.

Does Slim Shady, your raping and killing alter ego, still exist? Or have you split with him?
Shady still exists. But I don’t think the subjects on this record call for, you know, bring the chainsaws and axes out and murder everyone on this record. There was so much stuff like that off the last record that I felt like I was starting to run it into the ground. I think consciously I went in a different direction with this record.

Do you regret having written so many songs that refer to women as “bitches” and “hos” who exist solely for your pleasure?
Anything I’ve ever said, I certainly was feeling at the time. But I think I’ve calmed down a bit. My overall look on things is a lot more mature than it used to be.

Even your mother sued you for defamation. Is she still in Detroit, where she raised you as a single mom?
I’m not sure, to be honest. It’d be very hard to repair that relationship.

You’ve been accused of writing gay-bashing lyrics in the past. Would you like to see gay marriage approved in Michigan, where you live?
I think if two people love each other, then what the hell? I think that everyone should have the chance to be equally miserable, if they want.
