Taylor Momsen said some not so nice things about Miley Cyrus recently. Now, Miley’s hitting back!

Apparently she was hurt about the comments Taylor made and is upset. A source said, “Miley is furious – who wouldn’t be? She thought Taylor was pretty cool until this happened, which has left her totally confused. Taylor is so obviously desperate for fame. I mean, she’s traipsing around town in her underwear, or is that for the love of the music too?”

The source goes on, “Miley has always had a lot of talent, and Taylor knows it. Taylor still sees her as a threat, which she is, although they’re hardly in the same league. Miley gets a little risky on stage, but she knows that it’s a performance, whereas Taylor doesn’t seem to know where to draw the line. It’s sad, really.”

Justin Bieber was spotted out and about, cruising around in his Lamborghini yesterday, getting some ice cream in Los Angeles.

The teen singer met up with Dr. Dre and tweeted about it yesterday. He said, “also got to be in the studio with the legend himself Dr. Dre…made a couple beats and he gave me some advice…i was hyped. can u blame me?”

Lindsay Lohan has showed up for court nine minutes late for her hearing today. Lindsay looks visibly upset as Shawn Chapman Holley gives statement on Robert Shapiro.

Shawn stated that she remains Lindsay’s lawyer of record and that she is there to be remanded into custody. They just shut off the cameras, but the audio feed is still live.

There will be no photos of Lindsay in custody at this time. Ugh. They’ve just went live outside of the courtroom.

Is it time for Michael Lohan to speak to the public? He’s there, regardless of whether or not she wants him there. So are the crazies who are screaming “Free Lindsay!” outside of the courthouse.

Today is D-Day for Lindsay Lohan and TMZ is covering the scene where she is supposed to be surrendering herself to authorities. She was given a 90 day sentence by Judge Marsha Revel, but it’s likely that she’ll only serve 23 days and get out early based on good behavior.

Just yesterday, it was revealed that her lawyer, Robert Shapiro, quit. Rumor has it that Lindsay feels that he was only using her to promote his sober living house. Shawn Chapman Holley is stepping up to the plate to deal with the details of her surrender.

Lindsay has just arrived with Shawn to surrender to authorities. Will update as soon as we have more details! (And a mug shot, hopefully)

According to TMZ, rapper Ice-T has been arrested just minutes ago in New York City!

They report:

Ice was allegedly driving on a suspended license, pulled over for driving without a seat belt and taken into custody.

Ice Twittered a while ago he and Coco were taking their dog to the vet. Spartacus was having knee surgery.

I guess Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only one dealing with trouble today…

In a new interview with Quddus, Deborah Gibson talked about teen queen Miley Cyrus and reigning pop princess Britney Spears.

On the subject of Miley, she said, “It’s a little too much too soon, image-wise. And if only she knew that hanging onto your childhood is not a bad thing. You have all the time in the world to be older.”

When asked about Britney, she said that Britney’s talent has been upstaged by the persona and the antics and if she was managing Britney, she would try to get her back to the voice.

It’s not fair!

According to TMZ, Warrant singer Jani Lane just pleaded no contest to his DUI arrest from May. He has been sentenced to complete 120 days in jail.

TMZ reports:

Besides the jail time — Lane will lose his license for three years and will have to complete a 30-month alcohol education program.

We’re told Jani is scheduled to surrender on July 27.

That sucks, but as you’ll find with cases like these…if you do the crime, you have to do the time!

One minute, Tila Tequila was all gung ho for her appearance on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and the next minute, her people were like, “She’s not doing it.” If you were wondering what happened, then you’re not alone.

Dr. Drew’s wife Susan, let the cat out of the bag. There’s a psych test! Haha. The mental midget really is lacking in the noggin.

Susan tweeted, “@FeistyShelia Tila was booted because she didn’t pass a psych test.”

Snap. Maybe that’s why her crazy self has started to dress safe for work-ish. She doesn’t want people thinking she’s looney tunes for real.

Britney Spears is gearing up to release her ninth fragrance, called Radiance, this September.

Britney was said to have designed the bottle and the perfume reportedly smells like “wild berries and soft, dewy petals.”

I love her perfumes, so I’m sure this one will smell delightful.

Lindsay Lohan may have been axed from the trailer to her new flick, Machete, but we’ve got our hands on another shot from the movie.

In the photo, Lindsay is in full nun gear, sporting a giant gun. The movie is set to hit theaters on September 3, 2010.

Lindsay Lohan did one more bikini photo shoot before she gets tucked away in a little jail cell tomorrow and Complex magazine was happy to do the honors.
