Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been investigated for assault on her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, after she allegedly beat the crap out of him in the pre-taped episode.

Herald Bulletin reports:

Lt. Paul Boulware of the Anderson Police Department said the department wasn’t aware of the fight until Wednesday, when the department’s victim’s advocate received two anonymous e-mails urging police to look into the incident.

“We assigned an officer to it this afternoon,” Boulware said.

The episode, which was pre-taped, features a fight between Portwood and Shirley that begins when Shirley questions Portwood about crib sheets on their daughter’s bed.

Wow, she clearly has problems!

Throw away those dreams of Joe Jonas sporting his purity ring. And that pledge of celibacy until marriage? Well, I’m pretty sure that’s been tossed out of the window ages ago.

Yesterday, photographers snapped some photos of the happy couple as they went shopping. But when they got into his car, we spotted something even more intriguing.

The twosome had a bottle of NeuroGasm in the front seat with them. If you’re unsure as to what that is, it’s a “sexual health” drink that also provides you with energy.

Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits haven’t had nearly enough trouble in their lives. Of course, there isn’t much that Paris gets herself into that she can’t get out of with the help of a little bit of cash.

The couple were leaving BOA Steakhouse last night when they ran into some photographers. Apparently Cy knocked a female photographer over as they exited in his Bentley. He reportedly ran over her leg in the process.

Wow. Time for somebody to go back to driving school. But seriously, if you’ve ever seen photos of all of the paparazzi that surround celebrities at times, it is truly madness. But what I want to know is, is why his license hadn’t already been revoked after his DUI?

Paramedics were called and the lady snapper was taken to the hospital. Police were called and they questioned Cy, who was cited for a hit and run, after leaving the scene of the accident.

Paris and Cy: They are the gifts that just keep on giving.

Lindsay Lohan has entered the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, to get treatment for her addiction problems.

She plans to stay there at least until her court hearing in front of Judge Elden Fox on October 22nd. It’s likely that this is a ploy to stay in rehab versus going back to jail, but only time will tell if it truly helps.

It’s gonna run Lindsay a pretty penny too — according to their website, 30 days of inpatient care at BF runs $26,000.

Betty Ford has treated scores of celebs — a short list of former patients includes, Keith Urban, Chevy Chase, Elizabeth Taylor, Gary Busey, Johnny Cash, Kelsey Grammer, David Hasselhoff, Mickey Mantle, Liza Minnelli, Ozzy Osbourne, and Anna Nicole Smith.

I hope she gets clean. When I saw her stint at the VMAs, I was really rooting for her and hoping that she was her old self. Get help, Lindsay, so we only have good things to report!

Legendary Some Like It Hot actor Tony Curtis has passed away at the age of 85.

He died in his home in Las Vegas yesterday. TMZ reports:

As we previously reported, Tony — who suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease — was hospitalized in July near Las Vegas after suffering breathing problems while making an appearance at a local Costco.

Curtis starred in such classics like “Some Like It Hot” and “Spartacus” — and was nominated for an Oscar for his role in “The Defiant Ones.”

RIP 6/3/1925 – 9/29/2010 He will be missed.

Reportedly, allegedly and all of that other legal jabber, Mike isn’t as “gifted” as he would like you to think. After getting dumped by Joe Jonas, Demi has moved on to dating Kim Kardashian’s brother. It’s not really a quick move for her, considering that he’s been spotted kissing and holding hands with his girlfriend, Ashley Greene recently.

Reportedly, the duo were spotted spending time together at Nick Jonas’ birthday party recently and were filmed together arm-in-arm on a bowling date just last week.

When Michael Bolton performed his “doghouse” Jive on Monday night’s episode of Dancing With The Stars, judge Bruno Tonioli called it the worst Jive he’d seen in eleven seasons.

Since getting eliminated from the show, Michael gave an interview where he said that Bruno was disrespectful and should apologize to him for his unnecessary rudeness.

Now, the head honchos over at DWTS say that Michael shouldn’t hold his breath for an apology, because good or bad, Bruno was only doing his job. Us Weekly reports:

“Bruno’s role as a judge is to give his honest opinions on the quality of the dances he’s judging, which is what he did in this case,” the producers say.

“While we respect the feelings of our celebrities and dancers, we don’t feel Bruno should be expected to apologize for doing his job.”

Though his rep tells Us Weekly they’re “not dating,” the duo have gotten awfully close — and were spotted kissing inside a Honda Sept. 9 in Venice, Calif.

“She was supposed to be left off the upcoming Hawaii concerts,” says an insider.

“But Justin wanted her there, so he made it happen.”

American Idol executive, Nigel Lythgoe has taken the curiosity out of what it’s going to look like once the new judges are in place, working. He tweeted the above photo, saying, “It’s great to be back on American Idol. The judges were great.”

Michael Lohan is fed up of all of the bad things that’s been happening to his daughter, Lindsay. He has met with a lawyer who is going to help him file papers for a conservatorship.

The funny thing is, he doesn’t want control over his daughter’s affairs. Who knew?!? TMZ has more:

Michael met with attorney David Chon (left) today and will hire him to file conservatorship papers … Chon specializes in trusts and estates.

We’re told Michael has enough sense to know the judge isn’t going to make him the conservator, so he has two other people in mind … though he’s not saying who.

Michael is saying, he doesn’t want Dina Lohan or Lindsay’s business manager, Lou Taylor, to handle Lindsay’s affairs because “they’re in it for themselves.”

Our sources say Michael plans on filing a petition for conservatorship “within days.”

I am shocked that he’s not trying to get control for himself. It seems so out of character selfless.

Tila Tequila has her share of problems, but money isn’t going to be one of them soon. Apparently she has two sex tapes that are being shopped around. One is a lesbian tape and the other is vanilla.

TMZ reports:

One of the companies, Vivid Entertainment, wants both the girl-on-girl and guy-on-girl configurations — but another company has already gotten a hold of one of the tapes and is angling for the second.

A source close to the negotiations tells us it’s an all-out porn war to sign Tila and distribute the tapes.

Of course neither company can do anything without Tila’s permission. We’re guessing that won’t be a problem.

But Tila just told TMZ, “If anyone out there is trying to leak a private and personal sex tape of me that was not meant for the public, I will swiftly deal with my lawyers!”

She has already taken to her Twitter account to act like she’s so humiliated. And of course, she’s already whining on her blog. Ugh. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, she’s probably already meeting up with Steven Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment to talk about releasing the tapes. The timing is just so bad for her and her “TONS of charity work”.

That’s right. Someone’s got to think of the children.

Comedian and all-around funnyman Greg Giraldo has passed away after overdosing on prescription medications over the weekend. He’s best known for his appearances on Comedy Central’s roasts and leaves behind three children.

On September 25th, Greg overdosed on prescription pills and was taken to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ hospital. It was said that the overdose was not a suicide attempt. His rep said that it was an accidental overdose.

He was in critical condition, until today, when he passed away at the age of 44. So sad. RIP.

This news makes me weep for all of the potential young writers out there who have something genuine to contribute, but will never get a chance because stupid short midget reality stars who use words like “guido” and “fist pump” are taking up all of the good opportunities to write about crap that no one cares about in order to secure more money than it costs to purchase a house in the lowest-income area of the ghettos that we’re all forced to live in because our jobs pay ten dollars an hour and we’re living paycheck to paycheck, making minor ducket in a dead end job, working for a boss who could give a crap less about how we feel about overtime and vacation pay and only wants to see productivity levels rise because that’s all his boss cares about, and you know what happens if he gets yelled at, that crap trickles downward to us minions who end up getting fired and living on the street because one little spreadsheet was missing a zero and now we’re homeless and begging for change on the corner, hoping that no one calls the cops on us for panhandling.

I blame Snooki.

Upon seeing this photo of Avatar and Machete actress Michelle Rodriguez kneeling in front of a Nazi flag, I was all like, WTF? But she has explained, via her Twitter account, that she was in the presence of “Happy Nazi flag shooters”.

She tweeted, “Hehehhehee Only in Austin can you find such Happy Nazi flag shooters look at the holes on this flag”, along with the above photo. When asked whether or not she participated in said shooting, she tweeted, “no I didn’t shoot the flag I don’t like politics but the boys unloaded 1000 rounds into that thing in less than a minute, hot.”

Apparently all of the Beliebers weren’t the only ones who were heartbroken and upset when these photos of Justin Bieber kissing Jasmine Villegas surfaced. Miley Cyrus’ little sister, Noah, was also hurt by the pictures.

She tweeted, “u dont know who u r but u also dont know u broke my heart and millions of others.”

When Michael Bolton performed his Jive on Dancing With The Stars, he got a really harsh review from judge Bruno Tonioli. Bruno said, “You did it all very, very, very badly — this is the worst jive in 11 seasons.”

Even fellow judge Len Goodman stopped him, calling his critique, “Inappropriate.”

Now, Michael is demanding a public apology for Bruno’s insults. He said his mother is 90 and she flew in to see the show and thought she was going to enjoy it. As for what should be done about the insulting tirade, Michael said, “I think he should apologize publicly and he should be reprimanded for it.”

Why do I “love being naked”? [Laughs] Because I was born that way? I didn’t write the scripts but I don’t mind it if it makes sense. It’s about being comfortable and if it makes sense story-wise. The only time it can get awkward is if you feel exploited, like, “Why am I standing here naked?” and I’ve never felt that. There’s always a reason for it on the show and it’s always at great moments: fun, crazy scenes. So I really don’t mind at all. The Rolling Stone cover [see here] just happened on the day. We showed up and we shot very PG-13 with our clothes on for basically the whole day, like six or seven hours. Then towards the end the photographer said, “I have this, these shots are beautiful and the magazine is going to be happy with them but I’d like to try something if you guys are game.” He explained it and it was just one of those things in the moment where we all looked at each other, we’d spent all day with the photographer, we felt comfortable with him, we knew that he was great and the atmosphere was right and we were like, “Fuck it, let’s do it.” No one thought that the magazine would go for it. They want to sell at Walmart. We thought this was going to be too offensive. But I guess they did. [Laughs] I’m glad they did! I liked it a lot. It was definitely more interesting than the safe version…
