Last week, Lindsay Lohan submitted to a court ordered random drug test in her criminal case. We’ve just found that she failed the test!

As part of her case, she may have to go back to jail for 30 days if the DA gets official confirmation that her test was in fact, positive.

Sources close to the actress say that the claims are untrue. We’ll keep our ear to the ground on this one.

Lady Gaga is the voice of our generation. Sorry Kanye, but it’s true. Just yesterday the songstress took to her Twitter page to discuss John McCain’s plans to filibuster the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.

She tweeted:

SENATOR JOHN MCCAIN is attempting to stop the DON’T ASK DON’T TELL repeal vote this tuesday, with a filibuster. Justin Bieber has made an entire career from his talent at singing making young girls swoon. But, just think, what would he be doing right now if he weren’t famous??

He said, “People ask me, ‘Do you wish about having a regular life?’ And I’m like, ‘You know, not really.’ Just regular people, they’re like, ‘Maybe I want to be famous.’”

He went on to say, “I try to spend as much time with my friends and just be a regular kid as I can on top of work.”

As far as what he would be doing if he wasn’t a performer, he said he’d “probably work at McDonald’s or something.”

Adam Lambert was in Miami Beach yesterday and reportedly wrestled a photographer to the ground.

The snapper alleges that Adam committed misdemeanor battery against him, but the police report says that he sustained no lacerations or bruises.

The photographer said that Adam grabbed his backpack where he had his camera and then “forcefully wrestled him to the ground”. According to the photo above, you can see that he has the camera in his hand.

Adam took to his official Twitter page to say:

They’re real good at provoking, but there ain’t any pics or video of the b.s. they spew out… Haha well… I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol MIAMI!!! Hahha the photos are hilarious !! Lol please everyone forgive me for that hat. – I was attempting a disguise- clearly failed. Hahah.

And I was going to ask about that hat, too. Fashion fail!

Kim Kardashian is upset about PipeDream Products has featured her image on the front of their Kinky Kim Filthy Love Doll box.

Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, fired off a letter to the company asking them to cease using her likeness for their own gain. If they don’t agree to stop using Kim’s picture (on the box above), she will exercise all of her legal rights by suing the company.

TMZ reports:

But Pipedream, unlike their products, doesn’t plan on just taking this lying down — telling us, “The similarity between the Kinky Kim doll and Ms. Kardashian is purely coincidental.”

What do you think of the claim? It’s obviously Kim on the cover of that box, right?

Snooki wizzed by the slew of reports at the VMAs this year, without so much as an interview or anything. According to a new report, she charges $20,000 to appear on the red carpet at events like these.

The above photo is from her white carpet appearance on September 12th in Los Angeles. Did she even stop to say hello to anyone? Nope. She walked on by like she was a miss priss.

And you would think that if she can charge enough for a car to show up and walk up to an event, that she could’ve at least purchased a dress that fits and didn’t look scuzzy. She needs a makeover and STAT.

I cannot believe that this girl (regardless of celebrity) is allowed to walk out of the door looking like this. It’s a travesty. I’m not sure if she checked a mirror before leaving the house/hotel/whatever, but this is seriously NOT cute.

If I had a daughter and she tried this mess, I’d march her butt back to her room and tell her to find something to wear that doesn’t show off the goodies. There’s no mystery here, girlfriend. NONE.

Why not try taking some style tips from Selena Gomez? She’s from the same Disney ilk, but she’s of the mind that she doesn’t have to show her butt to be super rich or uber famous. Where are Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus? Oh yes, I forget. They’re at home, not watching as their eleven-year-old tries to imitate this trashbucket. Moving on.

Lady Gaga really stole the show at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards with a whopping eight wins out of the 13 that she was nominated for.

On stage, she revealed her upcoming album would be titled Born This Way. She even got a new tattoo to commemorate the occasion. Now, she’s giving us an inside look into the new album.

In a new interview, she said, “The album is my absolute greatest work I’ve ever done and I’m so excited about it. The message, the melodies, the direction, the meaning, what it will mean to my fans and what it will mean in my own life – it’s utter liberation. I knew I had an ability to change the world when I started to receive letters from fans: ‘You saved my life…’ ‘I’m gay and my parents threw me out…’ My fans have related to me as a human being and as a non-human being – as a super-human person that I truly am.”

And don’t think that she’s the least bit arrogant about her success, either. She added, “Everyone tells me I’m arrogant, but my music’s the only thing I’ve got, so you’ll have to let me be confident about one thing. I suppose that’s what you can expect from the album: a lot of hit records that will piss people off.”

Rachel Uchitel was recently offered $300,000 by Playboy to pose almost completely nude for their publication. But the deal went South when Tiger Woods stepped in and squashed it. Apparently they wanted a photo of Rachel on the cover with a reference to the famous golfer, but he was having none of it.

Radar Online reports:

“It put Rachel in significant danger of losing the millions of dollars Tiger paid her,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

“The magazine wanted to mention Rachel’s relationship with Tiger, but it would have jeopardized the deal she already made with him.

“They refused to give her complete control of the cover so she could make sure Tiger wasn’t mentioned.”

You’d think she would just want to keep the millions she got from Tiger and live it up…but she’s trying to get greedy.
