Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today in front of Judge Elden Fox and she hasn’t gotten off scott-free as previously suggested.

TMZ reports that Lindsay has been remanded to custody:

Playgirl has offered Jersey Shore actor Vinny Guadagnino $30,000 to pose nude for their magazine. Isn’t that kind of a low number, considering Playboy just offered Jeni Farley $400,000 to pose for them? That figure seems like an insult, if you ask me. They shelled out $100,000 for Levi Johnston to show absolutely nothing in his spread.

According to a Playgirl rep, “We would offer Vinny $30,000 plus a portion of the proceeds.”

Miley Cyrus took on a whole lot of rumors in a recent video she posted. She slammed reports that she had boyfriend Liam Hemsworth move in with her and debunked the rumors that she wanted to get a boob job.

MTV reports:

Cyrus also let it be known that “No, I don’t want a boob job,” and wrapped up the 10-minute video by launching into an attack on the paparazzi who follow her on a daily basis, and who may very well be ruining her life.

“I want people to know, I think in pictures I always look upset. It’s because these cameras are following me, and I just think it’s really unfair,” she said. “I know there some people that maybe like that attention, but I’m not one of them. I really just want to go on walks and enjoy where I live. The paparazzi really frustrate me, and it makes me really upset that I’m being followed around by men that I don’t know, and for anyone else, it would be considered stalking. I don’t know who those guys are. I don’t know if they’re good guys or bad guys. I don’t necessarily care; I don’t want anyone following me.”

Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has been offered $100,000 to appear in commercials for FleshDrive.

They sell USB drives that come pre-loaded with porn, in case you were wondering. A company spokesperson said, “We know that Snooki makes a big impression wherever she goes, and that is why her tiny figure and incredible attitude will fit perfectly within the FleshDrive world.”

According to the letter sent by FleshDrive, Polizzi’s deal is for three years, and she will have to shoot three commercials and appear at three events per year to promote the technology.

Should she do it? Sounds like easy money to me. But for three years and only $100,000. She would only have to walk five red carpets to make that kind of money and she could probably do that within a year’s time. What do you think?

Just yesterday, we reported that In Touch Weekly is claiming that David Beckham paid a prostitute $10,000 for a one-night stand. After saying that they were going to fight this, Becks is now demanding a full-page retraction from the magazine.

The Guardian reports:

David Beckham is to demand a front-page retraction from US celebrity gossip magazine In Touch over allegations that he slept with a prostitute.

Beckham is understood to be planning legal action against the Bauer Media-owned title for defamation and slander. His lawyers will demand that the magazine does not repeat the allegations and prints a retraction on its front page.

He told them that he planned to sue if they published the story and they did anyways. Even though there’s no real way to prove that he didn’t cheat, can you blame him? It’s called damage control, people.

Reportedly, Gisele Bundchen has put the hammer down on any trimming of Tom’s beloved mop top and won’t let him near it with scissors.

Host: “Is there anything I can do to make you cut your hair?”

Brady: “Ah, you’ll have to speak to my wife about that.”
