On Friday, Lindsay Lohan finally copped to having a problem with cocaine. She took to her Twitter account to take responsibility for her actions. Now, we’ve learned that Judge Elden Fox has issued a warrant for her arrest!

TMZ reports:

Although the bench warrant was issued, it’s being held — i.e., on hold — until Friday at 8:30 AM, when Lindsay is ordered to appear in court.

The move by Judge Elden Fox comes after TMZ’s story … that Lindsay failed two drug tests recently … one showed the presence of cocaine and another showed amphetamines.

The probation report — outlining the failed tests — was just filed with the court.

If they want to know where she is, all they have to do is ask the paparazzi who follow her around on a daily basis.

Justin Bieber’s band likely name-dropped the teen singer to get special service at the local Hooters. At the waitress’ request, the guys brought back their favorite infant to pose with the Hooters girls.

This kid gets away with so much! First the water balloon incident and now this. What’s next? Bar hopping ala Miley Cyrus?

I guess he’s 16, so obviously he wouldn’t turn down the opportunity to pose with a bunch of chicks who are obviously too old for him.

In addition to her recent failed drug tests, we’ve learned that Lindsay Lohan is also nursing some financial difficulties. What that means, basically, is that she’s as broke as a joke. No kidding.

Poor Lindsay. She is just now realizing that drugs can get you into heaps and mounds of trouble. She has already taken responsibility for her actions, but it may be too late.

She is on probation for her DUI case and since testing positive for cocaine and some other unknown drug, she has been attending Alcoholics Anonymous classes. Her father remains astute in his belief that if he were a part of her life, none of this would have happened.

Radar Online reports that Lindsay is all tapped out:

A source said, “Lindsay is in serious trouble financially. Dina is struggling to make ends meet and pay Lindsay’s lawyers and this latest development doesn’t help things. Everyone thinks the Lohan family is so well-off, but if they knew the truth, it would be shocking.”

Interesting. Do you know what they do with poor people who have drug habits? They send them to jail, that’s what.

Paris Hilton has just copped a guilty plea in her recent cocaine arrest. She appeared in court earlier today to enter her plea in the drug case where she tried to claim the purse wasn’t hers.

TMZ reports:

Paris just fessed up to misdemeanor drug possession and obstructing an officer — and in exchange she must pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete an “intensive” substance abuse program. She will also be on probation for one year.

Her probation will be terminated if she gets anything other than a traffic ticket and she will be sent to the Clark County Detention Center, where the judge says, “Is not the Waldorf Astoria.”

Paris has also said that she’s giving up the party lifestyle. Let’s see if she can do it. What do you think?

Russell Brand defends his girl from a malicious paparazzi photo. Katy Perry and her fiancé, Russell Brand where going through Delta security and a man tried to stick a lens up Katy’s skirt. I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty sure that is sexual harassment.

After the man tried to get his photo Russell beat the crap out of that guy. To tell you the truth, I don’t blame him. I would rearrange his face, too. Afterward, Katy tweeted, “If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me.” He did his job indeed.

Russell has already been sprung from jail.

Miley Cyrus reportedly got into a hit and run earlier today, totaling the victim’s car and banging up her mother’s Mercedes Benz SUV, in the process.

According to the victim, an L.A. parking attendant, Miley hit his car and left her information with the victim and left the scene of the accident.

TMZ reports:

Fiore says Miley left her phone number with the parking attendant — whose ’91 Camry was totaled according to Fiore — and then sped off. The attendant didn’t file a police report at the time — but his lawyer says he plans to do so today.

As for whether Miley’s actions constitute a hit-and-run … police tell us, hypothetically speaking, it doesn’t because she left contact information with the alleged victim.

Miley’s rep had no comment.

Perhaps someone needs to retake their driving test?

Russell Brand has been arrested after a reported scuffle with a paparazzi.

Russell was said to have pushed and struck the photographer, prompting him to place the funnyman under citizen’s arrest.

Russell and fiancee Katy Perry were going through security at Delta airport when the incident took place.

At this point, details are very sparse. Stay tuned as information becomes available.

Paris Hilton was busted at the end of August for cocaine possession after her boyfriend, Cy Waits, was stopped for smoking pot. He was booked on DUI and she got felony possession. Now, it’s being said that the heiress is being offered a plea deal in her case.

She can avoid jail time by pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges, one, the drug offense, and the other, lying to a police officer.

She is set to be arraigned on October 27, 2010 where she will enter her plea. Do you think she should take the deal? It sure beats going to jail!
