Dina Lohan is looking to sue Glee for mocking her daughter Lindsay on a recent episode. In the show, Gwyneth Paltrow, who plays a substitute Spanish teacher, instructs the kids on how to speak Spanish, by asking them questions about Lindsay.

In the scene in question, Gwyneth’s character says, “Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right? How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab?”

Then she tells the class, “Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab.”

Reportedly, Dina is having her lawyers send out a letter to the show’s creators, saying that they’re defaming Lindsay. A rep for Lindsay said, “Lindsay has an issue that millions of people around the world are dealing with, yet Glee is treating addiction as a laughing matter.”

In an effort to possibly gain more votes on Dancing With The Stars for the sympathy factor, Bristol Palin released a quote recently stating that Maksim Chmerkovskiy said that he doesn’t like her.

This had me wondering how long it was going to be before Maks released a statement about Bristol and her comments. Earlier on Wednesday, the professional dancer said that he was disappointed.

He said, “I felt really disappointed with Bristol. On Monday night, I found out that she went on record saying that I said something about her along the lines of, ‘I don’t like her because she’s still here and she’s not a good enough dancer.’ Every time I’ve opened my mouth about Bristol, I’ve been nothing but supportive…”

He went on to say, “For her to come out on Monday night and totally smear my name the way she did, that’s just completely uncalled for. I have no idea where she got it from, but wherever she got it from, shame on her and shame on whoever told her that.”

He went on to reveal that the voting system is jacked up. He said, “I definitely think that the system is flawed. I think there are a lot of problems with it. I have a lot of friends in the Philadelphia area who couldn’t call at all. People here, in front of me, picked up the phone, dialed one time and it said, ‘Thank you for voting. You are over your limit….’ I think it’s just a flawed system.”

There’s one person he’s not rooting for to win the mirrorball trophy! At this point, he could care less. He said, “I really don’t care.”

Having said that, out of the three remaining contestants, he does think Kyle Massey would be a good winner.

Rihanna says that she won’t pose nude for Playboy magazine for money, but will she do it for a Klondike bar? I kid, I kid.

In a new interview, Rihanna said that she has already turned down an offer to pose nude for Playboy, but said that she was open to it moreso if it were on her own terms.

She said, “If I’m gonna take my clothes off, it has to be in a classy way and my will, not a check. I wouldn’t take any money to do that. I got a few offers to do Playboy actually. They want to pay you to be naked on the cover.”

So what were those photos with Chris Brown all about then?

If you thought you were sick and tired of seeing Bristol Palin advance on Dancing With The Stars, then meet Steven Cowen. He was so furious about Bristol being allowed to go to the Finals on the show, that he shot his television set!

This guy is my hero!

The Smoking Gun reports:

According to a criminal complaint, Cowan’s wife called police Monday evening to report that her husband had blasted the TV and was threatening to kill himself. Cowan, who had been drinking, became angry while watching Palin, 20, perform on the ABC program.

As Palin, pictured at left, was dancing, Cowan “jumped up and swore, saying something to the effect of, ‘The fucking politics.’ Steven was upset that a political figure’s daughter was dancing on this particular show when Steven did not think that she was a good dancer,” the complaint notes. Cowan is pictured in the above mug shot.

Janice Cowan told Dane County Sheriff’s Office deputies that she called 911 after her husband blasted the TV and then pointed the shotgun at her. She added that Cowan warned her that he would kill himself if she brought anyone back to their home in the town of Vermont.

After a lengthy standoff with cops, Cowan surrendered yesterday at 11 AM. He is facing disorderly conduct and weapons charges.

You were thinking of shooting your TV, don’t lie….The only difference is, this guy did it!

Just a little bit ago, TMZ posted a story claiming that Eva Longoria and husband Tony Parker had filed for divorce in Texas. Celebuzz contacted Tony’s rep who said that the story is basically untrue.

TMZ said:

Eva has stated that she has Tony’s initials tattooed on her body … in a mystery spot. She also has Tony’s jersey number — “Nine” — tattooed on the back of her neck.

Now, they’ve updated their post to say that there is no divorce:

TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.

But Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.

Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

Interesting how they changed their story so quickly. Were they threatened with a lawsuit? They changed their tune pretty fast. What do you think?

On November 12th, it was rumored that former Journey frontman Steve Perry had asked to rejoin the band, following their recent surge in popularity.

A spokesman for Steve has called BS on the reports, saying that it’s untrue. The rep said, “It’s just not true. Steve is enjoying his retirement.”

A rep for Journey also chimed in, saying, “Journey is recording an album with Arnel. We wish Steve the best.”

They need to just swallow their pride and take Steve back already. It hasn’t been the same since he left the band. This is what the fans want!!!

Tina Fey accepted a Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on Sunday, but PBS cut her acceptance speech quite significantly. Could it be because of the funny Sarah Palin references? You betcha!

Tina said, “I would be a liar and an idiot if I didn’t thank Sarah Palin for helping get me here tonight. My partial resemblance and her crazy voice are the two luckiest things that have ever happened to me. Politics aside, the success of Sarah Palin and women like her is good for all women…unless you’re a gay woman who wants to marry your partner of 20 years — whatever. But for most women, the success of conservative women is good for all of us. Unless you believe in evolution. You know, actually, I take it back. The whole thing’s a disaster.”

PBS cut out all of those remarks from her speech and left us with this: “I’m so proud to represent American humor, I am proud to be an American, and I am proud to make my home in the ‘not real’ America. And I am most proud that during trying times, like an orange alert, a bad economy or a contentious election that we as a nation retain our sense of humor.”

Is Bristol Palin going on the offensive after learning that professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy doesn’t like her? Interesting…

Seeing that the scores from last night’s Dancing With The Stars were pretty neck and neck and knowing that Bristol isn’t that great of a dancer, we’re left wondering how she’s lasted on the show so long. So, what makes me even more curious is the fact that, now that we’re heading into the finals next week, Bristol is unleashing upon Maks, claiming that he doesn’t like her. Is this a farce to gain the sympathy of the public for more votes? Or does he genuinely dislike her???

Some viewers are criticizing Bristol Palin’s longevity on this season’s Dancing With the Stars, and according to the Alaskan beauty, certain fellow dancers are giving her the cold shoulder, as well! “Maks (Chmerkovskiy) does not like me. He thinks I don’t deserve to be here because I’m not the best dancer,” Bristol tells In Touch about contestant Brandy’s professional partner. The reality star, who remains amongst the final four pairs on the ABC hit dancing competition series, thinks she even has a chance to win the mirror ball trophy. “The show is all about taking someone who has never performed, never danced and turning them into a dancer,” she explains. “I guarantee I am the most improved. I really do work my butt off!”

They should just eliminate her already. I’m sick of whatever movement they’ve started to keep her on the show. She really is a terrible dancer and should be made to leave. Knowing the show, however, they’re probably going to make Kyle Massey leave tonight, which would just be ludicrous.

The jig is up, Bristol. You suck…it’s official.
