Taylor is only seventeen-years-old now, so either way, it’s still illegal for her to have a beer.

Taylor Swift opted to go on vacation to Turks and Caicos for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but it was said to be merely a trip for family. That means her boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal was not invited.

She, her mother and brother enjoyed fun in the sun together for their Christmas holiday. Perhaps she feels that things are moving too fast?

Lindsay Lohan will be able to leave the Betty Ford Center on January 3, 2011, but she has plans to stay there an extra day. It’s all part of her plan to stay sober, even after she has left the facility.
