On December 13th, Justin Bieber was performing his My World concert, when he decided to throw his sweaty old towel into the audience. Fans tried to snap it up, resulting in a fight between some teenage girls. Justin had to stop the show to referee, and finally, deemed the fan of his choice as the lucky towel owner.

Lindsay Lohan is suspected of criminal battery, after a Betty Ford official called the police on her for a “hand to hand” battery situation, earlier this month.

The victim is a staff member at the Betty Ford Center, who confronted Lindsay on December 12th, after she arrived back at the facility a few minutes late.

The Palm Desert Police Department is now investigating an altercation that occurred after Lindsay and her roommates reportedly went to a bar and came back home. Upon arriving at the house, the incident with a female staffer from Betty Ford allegedly went down.

The police received a call at 1:03 AM on December 12 for “hand-to-hand battery.”

Cops came to Betty Ford after receiving the call and interviewed both the staffer and Lindsay. We’re told the staffer “desired prosecution.”

Of course, Lindsay is now saying that the Betty Ford employee put her hands on her first. Lindsay says that she wasn’t the first to strike in the altercation, but she did push back.

Lindsay said that after arriving back at the facility ten minutes late, she was unfairly treated by the staff member, who scolded her and demanded that she take a drug and alcohol test. Reportedly, during that confrontation, she “put her hands on Lindsay.” Lindsay says that she told the employee, “Take your hands off of me” and then “pushed back.”

The police were called and the staffer is asking for Lindsay to be prosecuted for criminal battery.

Earlier today, it was reported by TMZ that Lindsay Lohan’s roommates were partying it up last Saturday, complete with a smorgasbord of alcohol. Reportedly, Lindsay hadn’t consumed any alcoholic beverages, but those claiming that had no proof.

Her father Michael is now defending her over claims that she may have been among the partiers who were consuming alcohol, during her stay at the Betty Ford Center.

Michael said, “There was never a party at Lindsay’s sober house. The situation arose as Lindsay and two other girls were on a pass. Lindsay was getting her hair done while the other two girls went their own way. When it was time to get back, Lindsay and the two girls had a problem meeting up, to which they wound up being ten minutes later back to the property.”

He went on to say, “Lindsay and the other two girls tested negative for drugs and alcohol. While I do not know the whereabouts of the other two girls, I do know that Lindsay has been moved to a secret location and is still actively involved in the program — and honestly doing better than ever. She had me in tears last night when I saw her. She is doing incredibly well and I am so proud to be her father.”

Wow, that just melts my cold dead heart.

Just 33 minutes ago, Chris Brown tweeted that he had completed his domestic violence classes. He said, “im done with class” along with the above photo, showing his certificate of completion.

The certificate says, “This certificate is presented to Christopher Brown for completion of the fifty-two week domestic violence course of Commonwealth Catholic Charities.”

Kudos to him!

Lady Gaga is currently in Paris, France, after her concert last night was canceled due to the poor weather there. Here, she is seen out and about, when a fan decides to put her hand on her boob.

Christina Ricci worked with Twilight star Robert Pattinson on their new movie, Bel Ami. The two play lovers in the movie and during her promotion of the movie, she made an appearance on the Rachael Ray Show. She commented about how she made out with the actor and said that he’s a good kisser.

I know we’ve speculated on this before, but heiress Paris Hilton is really looking like she’s pregnant lately. In this photo, taken in Madrid, Paris looks like she’s about three months pregnant.

Considering that she has always been fairly thin, it would be reasonable to assume that she and boyfriend Cy Waits might just be taking things to the next level.
