Adam Lambert wears spiked diamond encrusted codpiece

Adam Lambert performed his hit song For Your Entertainment at Sydney’s Mardi Gras celebration while wearing a spiked, diamond encrusted codpiece. The act was completed by half naked male dancers, while Adam was taped thrusting about.
