Kanye West will not be performing on The Today Show

After Kanye West had a run-in with host Matt Lauer on The Today Show over his 2005 comments against George Bush, he took to his Twitter to rant…and rant he did.

Kanye called it a setup, yet the show’s producers said that they still expected him to come back for a scheduled performance. He tweeted that he has no plans on going back to the show, saying, “I’m not performing on the Today Show for obvious reasons. I’m so happy the world got to see just a small piece of ‘the set up’.”

Do you blame him????

    I think it is ridiculous the way Kanye has acted on the today show, he continues to show us what spoiled little brats famous people are. I wonder if he thinks about how these things affect people. He came to the show to discuss how his previous actions affected so many only to cause a new scene, now he has one more thing to try and explain. Why do we allow this to happen, as a population as a whole we should put our foot down, tell this “brat” exactly what he needs to hear! It’s not all about you!!! There are more important things going on in the world than a clip that you didn’t like being played. It shows how completely ignorant our people have become and this is supposed to be someone who is inspiring others!!! I think I would rather my dog do it. Kanye get over yourself and realize that everything is not about you and your inability to concentrate. Our world has bigger issues and needs positive people speaking, not pulling us down. So if you cannot speak in public without making yourself and our country look like idiots just do us all a favor and stay at home. Thanks
