Lady Gaga’s debut album, The Fame has been diamond certified!

She tweeted the news, just a bit ago, saying:

Celebrate! Rejoice 2nite little monsters! The album you believed in #THE FAME is officially DIAMOND CERTIFIED WORLDWIDE! 10,000,054 copies!

Congratulations Gaga!

    Talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy. I'm pretty sure every artist has wanted to be as ballsy (no pun intended) as her in the album name, and quite a few have failed spectacularly. I'm not much of a fan, but I have to admit she's a huge success by most definitions.
