Miley Cyrus to take legal action over nude photo?

A few days ago, a nude photo leaked online and Canadian blogger Zack Taylor claimed it was Disney star, Miley Cyrus. Since, several sources said that it wasn’t actually Miley in the racy picture, but apparently that’s not enough to keep her legal team at bay.

We’ve heard that Miley may be suing the site for publishing the photo, because her lawyers say that if it’s her, then the photo was taken when she was only seventeen-years-old. However, in a strange twist, they say it’s simply not her.

So, we’d have to wonder, if it’s “not her”, then how can they sue the entertainment blogger for defamation? If they do take legal action, are they admitting that it’s actually her? What do you think?

    It impugns or threatens to impugn her name and brand and could theoretically make it tougher for her to get contracts as a family-friendly star, therefore it is defamation: libel and something that she could certainly go after damages for.

    As for “she would never do that”- yeah, I give it a year before we see some naughty bit of her’s published. Be it leaked or something she got paid to do. 50% chance in the next year, 99% chance in the next 5. The girl isn’t ashamed of her body.

    l think,at the end of the day,it’s really up to miley,& her team,as to whither they want to persue this or not.l imagine it would only become a problem,if ppl out there started to believe,it’s actually her.All l will say,is that the ppl that believe this rubbish,don’t really know miley.Because miley would never do that sort of thing anyway.She has far too much respect for herself to do something like that.The biggest thing to look at,is the fact that her phone was supposed to have been stolen,yeah right.That would be major news.So why hasn’t every site picked up on it.Simple,because this is a totally fabricated story.lf miley did decide to go ahead with sueing him,it would serve him right,& whatever the outcome,he shouldn’t be too surprised.The thing that upsets me,in all this,is that miley is very special to me,& this guy should show miley more respect.Especially with what miley is going through with her parents divorce & stuff,As if she hasn’t got enough worries,on her mind.Just goes to show,what a scumbag this guy really is.To me,miley is the most beautiful girl,to ever walk this earth.

    The nude pic are fake, there of someone else. There just trying to get more money so people would buy there carp later. Google the pic and find the REAL girl.
