OK Go video is gorgeous homage to Rube Goldberg

In case you didn’t know who Rube Goldberg is, he created all these cartoon contraptions that were overly complicated. Now it seems everyone and their dog is making these machines even more delightfully than anything Rube himself had ever imagined. Check out what I mean by watching the video from This Too Shall Pass:
I’m impressed by the amount of work that went into this: “The video was filmed in a two story warehouse, in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The “machine” was designed and built by the band, along with members of Synn Labs over the course of several months.” Wow, just wow.
